Salon Regulations

  1. Don’t come with other people.

  2. Please turn off your mobile phone during the treatment.

  3. A discounted treatment or product cannot receive an extra discount.

  4. A gift card or a treatment already previously paid for is valid for 3 months from the moment it was issued.

  5. Be on time for your appointment. If you are 10 minutes or more late, I may decide to cancel the appointment (see next point).

  6. Appointments canceled within 24 hours, or arriving late or not showing up, will be charged the full price. If you come within 30 days to do the same treatment, you will pay only half the price for the next appointment.

  7. Discounted appointments (including consultations) canceled within 24 hours or not showing up must be paid in full.

  8. During the nail treatment, keep your hand on the table to avoid contact with substances that can compromise the work.

  9. Those under 18 years old cannot have Semipermanent gel and Gel on the nails. The nail unit is still changing due to natural growth.

  10. Cosmetic products ordered on behalf of a customer are paid at full price at the moment of the order.

  11. I don’t take responsibility in case of:

  • Irritations or allergic reactions caused by products bought in my salon used together with products not bought in my salon.

  • Allergic reactions or irritations after the treatment if you don’t use the products I suggest at home. I am only familiar with the quality of the products I sell and the way to use them.

  • I can’t provide assistance without clear photos of the problem.

  • I will be aware of your problem only after it has already been solved.
